Guideline 2.1 - Information Needed

1. A demo video demonstrating your app's process for registering and verifying new users with Sign in with Apple. Please provide details for accessing the video in the "App Review Information" section of App Store Connect. Only include footage in the video of your app running on a physical iOS device, and not on a simulator. You can use a screen recorder to capture footage of your app in use.

2. Detailed answers to the following questions:

• Why does your app require user verification for registration?
• What personal information does the app collect in the user-verification process?
• What personal information is required for registration? Please list each type of personal information separately with reasons for why it is required.

Guideline 4.0 - Design

I fixed it to provide a name after using Sign in with Apple. You can also check the demo video posted on the "App Review Information" attachment.

We noticed that your app requires users to register with personal information that is not directly relevant to your app’s core functionality. Specifically, the following fields or actions are required but do not appear to be directly relevant to your app’s core functionality:
